1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading and using ListApp ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. App Versions
ListApp is available as a free version with advertising displayed via Google AdMob, and a Premium subscription (ad-free, higher usage limits, and group/shared-list features) available as a monthly or annual auto-renewing purchase through Google Play. Current pricing is shown in the App and on the Google Play listing. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings.
A separate Business tier (departments, budgets, extended reporting) is planned for a future release and is not currently available for purchase; any related screens or documentation describe upcoming functionality only.
3. Use of the App
ListApp is a shopping list manager intended for personal and small-group non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the App or attempt to access it by unauthorized means.
4. Advertisements
The free version displays banner advertisements and occasional interstitial ads served by Google AdMob. Ad content is determined by Google and is subject to Google's advertising policies. We do not control the specific ads shown.
5. In-App Purchases
Premium subscription payments are charged to your Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable law. Purchases are verified against Google Play's records before Premium features are unlocked.
6. User Data and Group Features
By default, all shopping data (lists, products, stores, loyalty cards) is stored locally on your device only. If you sign in and create or join a group, the shopping data associated with that group — along with the email addresses of members — is synced to our servers (Google Firebase) so members can see shared data. We do not sell personal information. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what is collected and when.
7. Backup and Data Portability
You can export a full backup of your local data at any time from Settings. Exported backup files are unencrypted SQLite databases — you are responsible for securing these files. You can also restore from a backup at any time.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, branding, and code within the App are the property of ListApp (Savu Ioana-Alina) and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from device failure, app uninstallation, or corruption of backup files.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, missed purchases, or inaccurate price calculations.
11. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to discontinue the App or any features at any time with reasonable notice.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App or update notes.
