1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading and using ListApp ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. App Versions
ListApp is currently available as a free version with advertising displayed via Google AdMob.
A Premium subscription (ad-free experience with additional features including cloud sync and shared lists) is planned for a future release. When available, subscriptions will be billed on a monthly or annual basis and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will be able to manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play or App Store account settings.
3. Use of the App
ListApp is a personal shopping list manager for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the App or attempt to access it by unauthorized means.
4. Advertisements
The free version displays banner advertisements and occasional interstitial ads served by Google AdMob. Ad content is determined by Google and is subject to Google's advertising policies. We do not control the specific ads shown.
5. In-App Purchases
When Premium subscriptions become available, payments will be charged to your store account upon confirmation. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable law.
6. User Data
All shopping data (lists, products, stores, loyalty cards) is stored locally on your device. Sensitive fields are encrypted at rest. We do not have access to your data and do not sell personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Backup and Data Portability
You can export a full backup of your data at any time from Settings. Exported backup files are unencrypted SQLite databases — you are responsible for securing these files. You can also restore from a backup at any time.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, branding, and code within the App are the property of ListApp (Savu Ioana-Alina) and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from device failure, app uninstallation, or corruption of backup files.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, missed purchases, or inaccurate price calculations.
11. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to discontinue the App or any features at any time with reasonable notice.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App or update notes.
